1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with the business operating as FIVE TWO. from U4 71 Dickson Avenue, Artarmon NSW 2064, Australia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
2. Products and availability
We try to keep descriptions, photographs, prices and availability accurate. Coffee is an agricultural product, so appearance and flavour can vary between harvests and roast batches. Product colours can also vary between screens. We may correct genuine errors or withdraw unavailable products before accepting an order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges, customs duties and other charges are shown or described separately. You authorise our payment processor to charge the total displayed at checkout. We do not store complete card details.
4. Orders
Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is approved and we issue an order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch where a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, fraud is suspected, delivery is not reasonably available, or the order breaches these terms. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.
5. Delivery and pickup
You must provide complete and accurate delivery and contact information. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. International customers are responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, import restrictions and customs delays. Pickup orders are ordinarily prepared within three business days; wait for our ready-for-pickup message before attending.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for the process to report a problem.
7. Website use and intellectual property
You must not misuse, disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, attempt unauthorised access to, or introduce malicious code into the website. Website text, branding, images and design are owned by or licensed to FIVE TWO. and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Where liability may lawfully be limited, it is limited to the remedies available under applicable consumer law. This limitation does not apply where the law prohibits it.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live. We may update these terms prospectively; the date at the top identifies the version applying when you order.
